MenuOur centre recognises the importance of mealtimes being a social event and by enjoying these occasions, children learn valuable skills and attitudes. It creates an environment that promotes healthy eating. We therefore provide an environment that uses family and cultural values to support healthy nutrition practices and provide safe, healthy and nutritious meals. Through children’s participation of being the “kitchen helper” we foster a love for cooking by preparing food with the children while making healthy choices. The Menu below is an example of the types of food we offer to the children. |
